We ship our items with the company GLS. The shipping time is 1-2 days after receipt of payment.

If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 30 days free of charge. Please give us a date, between Monday to Friday, on which we can have the shipment picked up from your home. Unfortunately we cannot determine the time. An alternative pick-up address such as that of your neighbor or your workplace is also possible if you are not at home, or we will send you a return slip so that you can hand the package over to the GLS shop. After successful collection, we will immediately cancel and refund your order.

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order.
